Questions before you buy
Can't find your answer? Our support team is here to help, Mon to Sun, 9:30am to 10pm ET.
Why do I pick a city first?
Each city has its own TikketFy marketplace with every event on sale there, from games and concerts to theatre and family shows. Pick your city to see what is on.
Why can prices differ from face value?
Sellers on the marketplace set their own prices, so a ticket can cost more or less than the price printed on it. You see the full price, including fees, before you pay.
Will my seats be together?
Yes. When you buy two or more tickets in one order, the seats sit side by side unless the listing notes otherwise.
Is checkout secure?
Every order runs through TikketFy, the ticketing platform used by tours, attractions and live events. We never see or store your full card number.
How do I get my tickets?
Most tickets arrive as mobile tickets by email or in-app transfer. Some events ship physical tickets or offer will call. Your order confirmation shows the delivery method and the expected date.
What if my event is canceled?
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you get a full refund to your original payment method. Postponed events keep your tickets valid for the new date.
